We, The Philip Barbour High School Foundation, hereby declare and cheerfully dedicate our efforts to the sincere purpose of raising funds to provide academic scholarships for students, to improve and beautify the athletic complex, and to help maintain the science and computer labs of Philip Barbour High School.
