ANDOVER COMMITTEE FOR A BETTER CHANCE INC
Opening doors to educational opportunities since 1967. Since 1967, A Better Chance of Andover has been opening the door to greater educational opportunities. Our Mission: To reduce inequity in education by providing young Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) academic and leadership opportunities. Our 55+ Year A Better Chance Program: A Better Chance of Andover provides academically talented young women of color an opportunity to grow, thrive, and become leaders. Accepted Scholars attend nationally accredited Andover High School and have access to its expansive college preparatory and leadership programs. The Scholars live in a dormitory setting on Main Street and are supported by academic advisors, a college counselor, a host family, and a community of volunteers.

A Better Chance 2 Host Families Needed. Welcome a Scholar enrich your life. We are still in need of 2 Host Families for our new Scholars. Hosting a Scholar means you share your home for dinner on Tuesdays and one weekend a month.
