Pacific Youth Boating Association

Today's youth have presented organizations with the challenge of providing attractive, exciting and positive experience areas to attract young people away from such negative influences. Positive adult role models teaching lessons and skills under the guise of fun help enable youngsters to grow into responsible, productive members of society. Organized programs and activities are a big help in redirecting their youthful energies to positive, wholesome adventures, and Southern California is particularly rich in water-oriented experience opportunities.The Pacific Youth Boating Association was formed with the goal of helping to provide young people with programs, clubs and other activities through the support of new and existing boating programs such as the Sea Scouts and others. Types of support include recruiting leadership and obtaining the funding, equipment, training and educational support necessary for the success of these programs.
