Today we celebrate Alexander Childs who has led with a faithful and loving heart our youth programs! It was bittersweet as we celebrated Alex Childs on his last official day. 4 years ago Alex started as a youth leader, supporting k-5th graders with remote learning when GRPS was virtual, and this past year he served as the director for the program. He saw the program through expansion and change, he led by example, and was always willing to help with everything and anything. Most of all, he brought his heart and passion for ministry and for this community every day. Alex - THANK YOU - we wish you the best (and we'll be seeing you soon!) We can’t wait to see what God does in his next chapter but will always consider him family. Thank you for your leadership! (fb)
