Piatt County Historical and Genealogical Society Primary Menu About The Piatt County Historical Genealogical Society was organized in 1980 as a 501c3 nonprofit organization. The Societys library and research space is located in the Piatt County Office Building formerly the Old Kirby Hospital in Monticello Illinois. Member meetings are held quarterly March June September and December on the first Tuesday of those months at 700 p. m.
