ABOUT THE FOUNDATION The Tallahassee Sigmas Educational Foundation Inc. TSEF is a non profit organization that was founded in 2006 for the purpose of becoming a solution and resource to the Tallahassee community and beyond. Since 2006 TSEF has served as good stewards of the community by establishing youth mentoring programs adopting a local elementary school contributing to cancer research raising awareness for diabetes and providing educational assistance through scholarship awards. Mission Our mission is to assist in the proactive development of the citizens in the greater Tallahassee area through educationhealthy solutions and economic enrichment.
