The Champaign Aviation Museum is restoring a B-17 Flying Fortress back to flight status. We also have a fully restored and flying B-25 Mitchell. Our Mission: "Touching Lives by Restoring History" Our Guiding Principles: - Honor our veterans and their families - Educate the public about the experiences of past generations that flew in combat - Educate the public about aircraft construction and maintenance techniques - Focus education and resources on the WWII era - Restore and maintain our aircraft in flying condition for public appreciation
