Urban Future Leaders of the World
The uFLOW program mentors at-risk high school youth to solve the problems they see in their community through student-driven service projects. Its mission is to improve the socioeconomic conditions that exist in America's most impoverished communities by developing local youth into leaders committed to creating positive change in their community. Its vision is to be America's largest networked organization of at-risk teenagers, creating a new generation of socially-conscious leaders and improving the conditions of underserved neighborhoods across the nation.
