The Diabetes Link is a non-profit that empowers young adults with #diabetes by providing access to peer support, connections, and expert resources. The Diabetes Link aims to inspire young adults to live confidently and courageously with diabetes. The Diabetes Link’s vision is a future where all young adults with type 1 and type 2 diabetes (YAs) are equipped and inspired to live confidently and courageously. We are a national non-profit organization solely focused on providing the over 700,000 YAs in the US with open access to peer communities and connections, an online, YA-relevant resource hub, and professional development and advocacy opportunities.
