Project Connect — Threshold A FREE oneday event for services and support on October 9 2024 from 10 AM to 3 PM at Baxter Arena On October 9 2024 we hosted 58 provider organizations at Baxter Arena for Project Connect and were able to reach 277 individuals facing housing instability.
