THIS INCLUDES SUCH ACTIVITES AS HONORING EMINENT CONTRACTORS AND THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS, PROMOTING AND FUNDING CIVIC, EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING VENTURES, WHICH BENEFIT CONSTRUCTION.
