Primero Health believes that the path to all success begins with good health. Thus our mission is to empower people in Travis, County Texas and surrounding areas with health education and resources to help them take charge of their health. Good health is the foundation which will eventually lead to success in all areas including financial, social, family, and career. To start on the path to health, Primero offers healthy cooking and nutrition classes. To encourage and promote good exercise, Primero also provides Zumba exercise classes year round. Finally, Primero offers diabetes prevention and control classes as well as diabetes support services.
