Observatory Hill Inc. Observatory Hill a neighborhood that offers something for everyone. Observatory Hill located on the Northside of Pittsburgh is home to a vibrant community and the historic Riverview Park featuring trails a city pool and the crown jewel of the neighborhoodthe Allegheny Observatory. Theres much to love about Observatory Hill beautiful mansions dating back to the 1800s line the streets and have been restored to their original splendor a quaint business district on the verge of a renaissance and a welcoming community working together to improve and restore their neighborhood. Each summer people come from all over the area to see these beautiful house and businesses on display during the Observatory Hill Annual House Tour.
