Welcome to UA Local 524 Plumbers Pipefitters HVACs. Welcome to UA Local 524 The objective of United Association Local 524 of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry of the United States and Canada is to organize workers employed within the pipetrades. Apprenticeship Local 524 offers training for both our Apprentices as well as for our Journeyman members who need to recertify on existing skills or learn new skills to continue to make them more employable as technologies change. Pipefitters and Welders Installs maintains and repairs piping systems for a variety of purposes including heating cooling ventilation fuel and chemicals.
