The Mount Horeb Summer Frolic is a nonprofit supporting parks, recreation and other local treasures that make the community a great place to live. It presents the annual Summer Frolic festival the second weekend in June at Grundahl Park. TO DISTRIBUTE NET PROFITS EARNED BY THE MT HOREB SUMMER FROLIC, AN ANNUAL, COMMUNITY FAIR PUT ON BY VARIOUS COMMUNITY GROUPS WHO BAND TOGETHER TO RAISE FUNDS FOR LOCAL CIVIC IMPROVEMENTS AND COMMUNITY SERVICES.
