THEY ARE A SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCY COMMITTED TO PROVIDING AN EXCELLENT STANDARD OF CARE AND CULTURALLY COMPETENT SERVICES, WHILE COMMUNICATING COMPASSION, EMPATHY, AND HOPE FOR THE FUTURE.
