The Laurel's Army Foundation is a 501(c)3 IRS recognized non-profit organization based in Cypress, Texas that is helping to fund the annual expenses of a pediatric research doctor working at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas. The Foundation has a strategic alliance with Dr. Wendy Allen-Rhoades, a research doctor focusing on sarcoma research at Texas Children’s Hospital, part of the Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Allen-Rhoades is amongst the very best in her field and is recognized as such by being part of the Texas Children’s Scholars of Excellence program.
