For nearly six decades, our community has gathered under the summer sky to experience the joy of live theater at the Springfield Arts Council’s Broadway in the Park productions. As we celebrate our 59th year, we remain incredibly proud to be part of the longest running free outdoor performing arts festival in the nation. This summer, we’re thrilled to bring Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat to the Festival stage! Our cast of 75 community members, age 4-77, have been rehearsing hard to bring a high quality production to the Summer Arts Festival Stage.
