Our Mission is to ensure a high quality of life for all members of the Bhutanese community in Pittsburgh. BCAP'S MISSION IS TO ENSURE A HIGH QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE BHUTANESE COMMUNITY IN PITTSBURGH AND TO SUPPORT THEIR INTEGRATION INTO AMERICAN SOCIETY THROUGH CULTURALLY-INFORMED SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES.
