The sale is managed by over 300 volunteers and attracts more than 1,000 shoppers. All net proceeds are distributed to more than 50 nonprofits in the Chicago metropolitan area through the church's Benevolence Committee. These grants typically range from $1,000 to $6,000.

In 2021, the church completed a five-year capital campaign that exceeded its $5 million goal by nearly $800,000, raising approximately $5.8 million. The church is led by The Rev. Matthew Hanisian, who began his tenure as Rector in June 2023. Prior to this role, he served as Rector of St. Martin’s-in-the-Field Episcopal Church in Maryland and in various capacities in Washington, D.C., and Virginia.
