Making Central New York a safer and more humane home for animals and the people who care about them. AAGS is a 501(c)3 tax exempt non-profit organization formed in 2010. Donations to AAGS are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. The Mission of the Animal Alliance of Greater Syracuse is to reduce the number of homeless animals on our streets and in local shelters, to end euthanasia of healthy animals, and to increase awareness of the intrinsic value of animals by both the public and the legal system, emphasizing our responsibility for their welfare.
