To foster, encourage, and support music education in the Medfield Public Schools, to enrich student involvement across all music programs, and to stimulate community involvement in the program. To help provide high quality music education and music enrichment to the students of the Medfield Public School System, and to assist the Music Director, Head or Chair of the Music Department of the Medfield Public School System in the promotion and achievement of educational and performance excellence.

Working in partnership with the music staff the MMA raises funds and provides volunteer support for a range of efforts and activities to enhance and enrich the K12 music curriculum and support Medfield music students. The MMA helps bridge the gap where the school budget falls short.
