HOMELESS ADVOCACY PROJECT
This week makes it six years since Joel Sobel, our Director of Intake and Outreach, started at HAP. There aren't many cases at HAP that Joel doesn't touch in some way. He oversees our intake processes, providing guidance to our whole office on how to handle some of the more complicated issues clients bring to us every day.
