We support MG patients in Illinois, northwest Indiana, southeast Wisconsin an THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO FACILITATE THE TIMELY DIAGNOSIS AND OPTIMAL CARE OF INDIVIDUALS AFFECTED BY MG AND TO IMPROVE THEIR LIVES THROUGH PROGRAMS OF PATIENT SERVICES, PUBLIC AWARENESS, MEDICAL RESEARCH, PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION, ADVOCACY AND PATIENT CARE THE FOUNDATION HAS FOUR MAJOR GOALS - PROVIDE SUPPORT, Education, advocacy, and research funding.

We offer help and hope Attend a support group meeting to connect with others who understand. All meetings are free to attend.
