Did you know that rabbits are completely banned from some ferries in UK? It is said that in the 17th century rabbits being transported by ferry chewed through the hull of the ship carrying them and sadly cause the death of several people and themselves. To this day if you wish to travel on the Brittany Ferries you are not allowed to bring a rabbit. Rabbits can be very destructive and it is a part of why making sure whatever spaces you keep them in are safe and very chew proof.
