The mission of TCHDC is to provide high quality affordable rental housing to families, respectful of the neighborhoods in which the housing is located. The mission of the TCHDC Resource Centers is to strengthen the personal and economic self-sufficiency of families and individuals and to help them insure their livability in the local community, as well as to improve the academic achievements and sense of personal self-worth of themselves and their children.
