NHSRC BUYS, REHABILITATES AND SELLS SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES, AND WORKS WITH THE HOUSING COURT TO STABILIZE DISTRESSED PROPERTIES IN ORDER TO IMPROVE NEIGHBORHOOD SAFETY AND INCREASE THE AVAILABILITY OF HIGH-QUALITY, AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN TARGETED NEIGHBORHOODS.
