Summer is almost here – and so is Allie’s dolphin calf! 🐬 With the sunshine and energy of summer just around the corner, we’re thrilled to share that one of the season’s most exciting events is drawing near – the highly anticipated arrival of Allie dolphin’s calf! In preparation for this special moment, our Dolphins in Action presentations will be reduced starting this weekend and continuing through the summer. This temporary change ensures our dolphins and animal care team can give Allie prioritized and focused support she needs during this important time. Beginning Memorial Day weekend, presentations will be offered twice daily at 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Additional schedule adjustments will be made once Allie’s calf arrives. (fb)

Kinda is embarking on a new adventure! 🦒 Later this month, Kinda the reticulated giraffe will be becoming a resident of another Association of Zoos and Aquariums accredited zoo. Kinda was born at Brookfield Zoo Chicago in 2023 and quickly won over the hearts of guests after making her debut that September. Visitors are invited to stop by and give Kinda a warm farewell before May 26. While she’s off on her next journey, you can still connect with the giraffes in the herd. (fb)
