The DiMedio Foundation is dedicated to provide opportunity for exceptionally challenged or disadvantaged children. We will support these children by shining a "bright light" of opportunity, fun and laughter in their lives. Through contributions and other funds received, the foundation will provide grants to other orgranizations directly involved with children. The foundation will be funded by private donations.
