Second Chance Dog Rescue Second Chance Dog Rescue Who We Are Second Chance Dog Rescue one of San Diegos largest allvolunteer 501c3 dog rescue organizations has been dedicated to saving homeless dogs since 2008. We rescue rehabilitate and rehome dogs providing essential medical care including spayneuter and a loving foster home for each. Saving hundreds of dogs every year were making a real difference. WOOF.
