Welcome to Yellowstones Northern Gateway Park County Environmental Council works with our community to safeguard the land water wildlife and people of Yellowstones Northern gateway through grassroots organizing and community advocacy. Thirty years ago a small group of local residents came together to form Park County Environmental Council PCEC giving the community a stronger voice for wild places in Yellowstones northern gateway. We continue to honor that legacy in all the work we accomplish together and for this place we call home. We value this place for what it is understanding that the very qualities that draw people here are the same as those we need to protect.
