Originally from San Antonio, TX, @_sophia_mena_ is an accomplished operations manager for cultural projects and artists. For over 15 years, Sophia worked as a technical project manager and business analyst, holding senior roles at organizations such as Epsilon, HBO, JPMorgan Chase, and LPL Financial. In addition to her new position at globalFEST, Sophia works at @newamrecords and manages @orquestaakokan and @los_hacheros. Based in Brooklyn, she enjoys exploring new places and supporting independent artists through mentorship and by connecting them with valuable resources.
