Answering For The Children Ministries originally began as a children's home in Jinja, Uganda in 1999 TO HOUSE AND RAISE ORPHANS IN AFRICA UNTIL THEY REACH THE AGE OF 18. TO EDUCATE, ENCOURAGE AND PROVIDE A LOVING ENVIRONMENT FOR THE ORPHANS FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THEMSELVES AND THEIR COMMUNITIES.

Answering For The Children Changing Lives ONE HEART AT A TIME We are Answering for the Children. AFTC was registered as a childrens home in August of 1999 in Jinja Uganda. We received our first child on June 17 2000 and within one week seven more joined the AFTC Family. Today the AFTC Family has 31 children with 28 still at home and 3 being independent.
