The disrespect and disregard towards our staff and to the things that work for our staff is downright appalling. 🤬 💡ALSO A FRIENDLY REMINDER: The Holiday SBIP MOU is ENDING on June 30th, 2025. The powers that be are NOT interested in extending it through the July 4th Holiday week. 📌If you CHOOSE to schedule yourself additional hours during schedule creation that week it’ll ONLY be EH for anything over your FTE, up to 40hrs including holiday benefit. No nurse can be scheduled over 40hrs. 📌 AFTER schedule posts. Any hours picked up from posted opportunities will be ONLY be overpercent/overtime (whichever applies). 📌We are currently negotiating to keep SBIP and ITMIP, as of now that program expires on June 30, 2025, unless we are able to come to a tentative agreement and ratify a new contract before then. 😌OSUNO can not and will not tell RNs what to do with their free time or how to manage their money. It is 100% your choice whether you pick up extra shifts and OSUNO supports your personal decision either way. 🗣️We are always interested in working with the hospital to safely staff so we can provide excellent patient care!
