We were formed in Dec. 2009, and officially opened Jan. 2010 as a community resource provider. RFC houses the Windham Public Library, The Salvation Army, The Salvation Army Red Shield Food Pantry, and most recently the Ametek Food Forest. Our mission is to reach and serve the community by enhancing the quality of life for the families of Windham and neighboring communities.
