Educate the public on why the vast majority of Americans suffer from some form of malnutrition using evidence based information. Focus on embracing personal responsibility and (self) respect for the human body/brain and what the benefits are when proper and consistent nutrition and exercise is in place. Deliver this education to adults and children. Focus is on under served communities.
