IN ORDER TO PROTECT AND IMPROVE THIS ACCESS, NCART WORKS WITH CONSUMERS, CLINICIANS, (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)PHYSICIANS AND OTHERS ALONG WITH FEDERAL, STATE AND PRIVATE POLICY MAKERS TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN APPROPRIATE COVERAGE AND FUNDING POLICIES.
