The Film Council's mission is to serve both filmmaker and audience. screening films at the Columbus International Film + Video Festival (and other screeing programs) and to offer workshops to help the audience become the makers. We do so because we love film and we believe that films of vision. beauty and power help us understand the complexities of our world.
