With bicycle advocacy at the forefront this coalition helps protect bicyclists rights as well as provide proper education on bicycle safety. They make sure everyone has a voice in defending their right to bike for generations to come. What We Do The Lebanon Valley Bicycle Coalition was started in the 1980s with an emphasis on recreational bicycling and offered annual fundraising rides the Tour de Lebanon Valley and No Baloney Century.
