Abuse and mental health issues substance addiction depression declining physical health pervasive diseases failing educational systems and fractured family structures are a few of the multitude of challenges that confront todays youth. These obstacles not only hinder their ability to envision a successful future but also impede the development of essential executive functions such as cognitive skills critical thinking ethics logical reasoning and complex problemsolving. Furthermore many young individuals lack access to crucial life skills training necessary for resilience and success.
