We got our start in 2009 as Outlinc, a community organization based in Lincoln. Under the leadership of co-founder Tyler Richard, Outlinc served as a hub of the LGBTQ+ community here in our Capitol City. Fast forward ten years, and volunteer leader Abbi Swatsworth stepped into the role of executive director. Outlinc became OutNebraska, expanding our work statewide, and we haven’t let up since. Despite a difficult legislative session, we will continue to center joy and celebration in our work. This Pride Month, we’re dedicating our visual refresh in honor of everyone who keeps this work moving—queer and trans Nebraskans, as well as our staff, donors, volunteers, and community partners. Of course, a new logo means fabulous new swag—we’re thrilled to settle into our updated look this summer.
