Innovators for Purpose (iFp) is a BIPOC-led nonprofit organization that’s reimagining the learning experience to build an inclusive, future ready workforce. We unearth high-potential diverse young people, build their sense of belonging in the innovation economy, and spark an insatiable desire to make the difference they want to see in their communities and ultimately, the world. As a result of our work, iFp broadens the pipeline of skilled young people pursuing high-impact college and career pathways.
