Meet the team at United Way of East Central Iowa! Today, we are highlighting Angelica Vannatta, our Senior Manager of Community Outreach & Engagement. Angelica joined United Way in January of 2020, and has been an essential part of our team ever since. When asked what she likes about working at United Way, she said, “At United Way I get to be part of something bigger than myself! We’re addressing immediate needs in the community while also working to tackle deeper, systemic issues. That kind of long-term change really aligns with my personal values. Professionally, I love that I empower others to make a difference too.
