Enterprise for Youth Empowering young people with college and career readiness through workforce development Supporting the future at work by providing young people access to paid internships. Enterprise for Youth is a central employment resource where youth learn jobreadiness skills and soft skills and practice those skills in supportive paid internships. Through ongoing professional development workshops youth build a strong network of peers colleagues and mentors. I think this internship is amazing on multiple levels.

Pamela’s journey with Enterprise for Youth began when she was a junior at George Washington High School — and from day one, she embraced every opportunity to grow and lead. From serving on Youth Council to completing five summer internships and now contributing her skills as part of our Communications team, Pamela’s dedication and passion have made her an invaluable member of our community.
