Nordic Skiing in Wyomings Bighorn Mountains Black Mountain Nordic BMN was formed in November 2001 and operates as a 501c3 to promote the sport of nordic skiing and nonmotorized winter recreation in the greater Sheridan area. We help ensure trail access provide groomed trails and community events throughout the ski season. The Sibley Lake no dogs allowed and Cutler Hill dogs welcome nordic trails are the premiere ski locations for the Sheridan area. Black Mountain Nordic works in collaboration with the Bighorn National Forest to operate on these trails.
