Boulder Community Alliance Menu Home Sweet Home Welcome to Boulder Community Alliance a nonprofit serving Boulder Utah. We represent a group of interested and involved residents who think of Boulder as a precious gem. Our primary goal is to serve and protect the special qualities of the landscape and community that brought us here in the first place. Boulder is a very small community population under 300 located in a stunning landscape of sandstone outcroppings green pastures pinyon and juniper forests and sagebrush deserts.
