Home - East Central CASA Change a childs story. We believe that every child has the right to a safe nurturing and permanent home and deserves the support and involvement of their community to make this possible. Our Mission The EastCentral Court Appointed Special Advocate Program seeks to promote and protect the best interests of abused and neglected children involved in the court proceedings through the advocacy efforts of trained volunteers.
