To promote community participation in the production of non-commercial programs for its Public, Education, and Government channels in Simsbury CT and to encourage the free expression of diverse ideas and opinions on public access cable television. SCTV provides facilities, equipment, staff, and training to people who live or work in Simsbury CT to accomplish this goal.
