After losing her job of 19 years in 2020, Michelle faced the daunting task of starting over. She had spent time caring for her parents and was struggling to find her way back into the workforce. Then a friend introduced her to PA Women Work. Through the 3 Cups of Coffee program, she was matched with a mentor who helped her regain her confidence, strengthen her resume—and take bold steps toward a brighter future.
