Skate School Stopping Clinics Thursday Evening Skate Heel Brake Tutorial Partners Join Us Contact Links Credits The Central Park Skate Patrol in New York City was the first chapter of the International Inline Skating Associations IISA National Skate Patrol. We are a nonprofit taxexempt organization that operates from April through October and give an average of 5000 braking lessons a year at our free Stopping Clinics. During our more than twentyfive years of existence weve taught over 50000 people how to brake.
